Acts 2:46 says: And they continuing daily with one accord in the temple and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart. Unity was so essential for the apostles to carry out their work to spread the gospel. They had had one focus and the way they built this was meeting together daily, and having that gladness in their heart for what they agreed on accomplishing in the will of God.

Being back in Uganda myself for the third time brings me back to familiarity but also difference. Today we spent time with the staff on site discussing communication and development of relationships to move forward in the vision. Unity is important for our work here too and as we come with new purposes as a mission team, we will enjoy the time we spend with the Uganda staff in breaking bread daily and having singleness of heart.
