Here are a few photos of some of the children that TEAMS support through their education. They are collecting their materials so they are ready for the start of the school term. The materials consist of paper, notebooks, pens, pencils, rulers, rubbers, calculators (where necessary), bags and water bottles.

Thanks to our sponsors in the UK we are able to provide the funds to cover school fees, food during term time, fees for boarding, uniform and materials for school. We are very grateful to all of our sponsors for their on-going support that enables us to help these orphans – we would not be able to do this without you. The children often express their gratitude for the help despite the difficult life circumstances they face.

We currently support 15 orphans in total. Three are currently at university or further education and one of those is now also working part time for TEAMS supporting this project. Two of our children, after a few years of struggling in main stream education, have gone down a vocational training route.

£65/month per child pays for primary school education (including boarding and materials), £75 for secondary school and £150 for University. We need new sponsors who are willing to contribute on a monthly basis towards part of an orphan’s education so that we can help them through to university or into vocational training.
